Labor Relation is a subject of study designed for Business Administration of PUC Battambang, which offers the students with nature of knowledge in industrial concepts, management, labor law, and relevant legal frameworks in unionism and business association. Generally employees and employers are closed linkage to each other in order to improvement of job condition and business environment, especially human rights to be promoted, protected, and engaged in socio-economy.
Basically workers have been abused by the employers such as non-senses dismiss, turnover, overwork enforcement, and workplace freedom...etc. Thus, any images emerge in the workplace including protest, strike, demonstration, and violence against to employers, as well as the public agencies. To promote efficiency and effectiveness of labor relations, policy framework and legitimate guidelines have been amended and adopted to the people who are involved in employment and hiring in equity and equality in term of culture, economy, and social affairs.
